Availability of products and resupplying

Product availability and replenishment

Delivery

Products advertised in stock are shipped within 48 hours from Monday to Friday.
Chronopost and Mondial Relay transport the order on behalf of Ob1 concept, which cannot therefore be held responsible for delivery delays or problems. Ob1 concept will, however, ensure that the carrier is researched in the event of a problem.
Concerning the DOM TOM, Ob1 concept reserves the right to cancel and refund an order to the DOM or TOM whose cost of transport invoiced by the carrier is greater than 60€ (there is no satisfactory computer solution for calculating the exact dimensional weight in advance). Ob1 concept reserves the right to change the amount of the shipping costs to the buyer according to the dimensional weight of the order.

Returns of products

the purchaser has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of delivery.
Total or partial reimbursements are made upon receipt of the returned product, or on the same day of cancellation if the order has not been shipped, using the same method of payment used by the purchaser.
